* gdbarch.sh (CALL_DUMMY_BREAKPOINT_OFFSET): Default to zero. (CALL_DUMMY_BREAKPOINT_OFFSET_P): Delete. * gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Re-generate. * config/sparc/tm-sp64.h (CALL_DUMMY_BREAKPOINT_OFFSET_P): Delete.
