* configure.host, configure.tgt (powerpc-*-netbsd*): New entry.
* config/powerpc/nbsd.mh, config/powerpc/nbsd.mt,
config/powerpc/tm-nbsd.h, config/powerpc/nm-nbsd.h,
config/powerpc/xm-nbsd.h: New files.
