From common/ChangeLog:
* aclocal.m4 Include ../../gettext.m4.
(CY_WITH_NLS, CY_GNU_GETTEXT, AM_PATH_PROG_WITH_TEST)
(AM_LC_MESSAGES): Remove.
* configure: Regenerate.
Regenerate all other configures.
