* spawn.cc (pthread_cleanup): New struct.
(do_cleanup): New function.
(spawn_guts): Initialize struct for pthread_cleanup handling to ensure proper
restoration of signals if/when thread is cancelled. Restore settings using
pthread_cancel_pop.
