Check for lstat.
* configure.in: Check for lstat.
* config.h.win32: Add non-definition of HAVE_LSTAT, just for
completeness.
* gtk/gtkrc.c: If don't HAVE_LSTAT, use stat.
* gtk/gtk.def: Removed CRs.
* gtk/makefile.msc: Correct include path to Win32 GDK version (in
..\gdk\win32).
* gdk/win32/makefile.msc: Correct upwards relative paths.
