acconfig.h removed IPC_RMID_DEFERRED_RELEASE check
* acconfig.h
* configure.in: removed IPC_RMID_DEFERRED_RELEASE check
* gdk/gdk.c: remove signal handlers, since we do an IPC_RMID
after XShmAttach, and nobody complained
