Speak of window IDs rather than XIDs in the docs.
* gtk/gtkplug.c, gtk/gtksocket.c: Speak of window IDs rather
than XIDs in the docs.
* gtk/gtkclipboard.c (gtk_clipboard_clear): Fix docs.
* gtk/tmpl/gtksocket.sgml, gtk/tmpl/gtkplug.sgml: speak of
window IDs rather than XIDs.
