Fix handling of AlwaysLoginCurrentSession and DoubleLoginWarning so it

        * daemon/slave.c: Fix handling of AlwaysLoginCurrentSession and
          DoubleLoginWarning so it works for the non-migratable case
          (for Xnest, XDMCP, etc.).  Fixes bug #172600.
