A new release was requested, primarily because of this commit:

49b793648 Makefile: fix gdbus-codegen invocation

Note that there are many other releases that are missing tags, but the
version is specified on the commit message.

The difference described above is thus against the 1.0.9 version, (as
specified by the commit message f11b2f130)

I felt that we should make a patch release since this fixed a real
failure when using a recent version of gdbus-codegen.
