Merge branch 'jc/blame' (early part) into HEAD
* 'jc/blame' (early part):
git-blame --reverse
builtin-blame.c: allow more than 16 parents
builtin-blame.c: move prepare_final() into a separate function.
rev-list --children
revision traversal: --children option
