Merge branch 'gb/rebase-signoff'
"git rebase" learns "--signoff" option.
* gb/rebase-signoff:
rebase: pass --[no-]signoff option to git am
builtin/am: fold am_signoff() into am_append_signoff()
builtin/am: honor --signoff also when --rebasing
