Merge branch 'rs/pack-objects-no-unnecessary-realloc' into maint
"git pack-objects" unnecessarily copied the previous contents when
extending the hashtable, even though it will populate the table
from scratch anyway.

pack-objects: use free()+xcalloc() instead of xrealloc()+memset()
