* sysdeps/hppa/Makefile (LDFLAGS-c_pic.os): Define.
(CFLAGS-.os): Remove.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/hppa/sysdep.h (CALL_MCOUNT): Update comment.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/hppa/sys/ucontext.h (NGREG, NFPREG,
gregset): Correct for new kernel definitions.
