* acinclude.m4 (GMP_FUNC_ALLOCA, GMP_C_SIZES): Use gmp-h.in, not gmp.h.
* acinclude.m4 (GMP_FUNC_ALLOCA), gmp-impl.h: Set and use __GMP_WITHIN_CONFIGURE rather than GMP_FUNC_ALLOCA.
