Added this to CVS and hacked it to use `$CC -shared' to create shared

* ltconfig: Added this to CVS and hacked it to use `$CC -shared'
to create shared libraries on Solaris.
* automake.sh: Don't run libtoolize on Solaris but use the CVS
version instead.
