Removed, it's only for one string that is a comment and procman is not
2003-09-13 Carlos Perelló Marín <carlos@gnome.org> * es_ES.po, LEEME.es: Removed, it's only for one string that is a comment and procman is not using it. This modules is not maintained and all people tells that should die so I don't think that any other application will use it in the near future. This one is related with the bug #105676
