The LibGTop examples have been moved into their own top-level
module libgtop-examples.
* examples/*: Removed.
* configure.in: Removed all checks for the examples.
* libgtop-sysdeps.m4: Removed --with-libgtop-examples parameter.
* Makefile.am: Removed examples from the subdir list.
