(gl_WCHAR_H_DEFAULTS): Initialize GNULIB_WCSNLEN, HAVE_WCSNLEN. * modules/wchar (Makefile.am): Substitute GNULIB_WCSNLEN, HAVE_WCSNLEN. * tests/test-wchar-c++.cc: Test the declaration of wcsnlen. * doc/posix-functions/wcsnlen.texi: Mention the new module.
