Fix fnmatch to use it.
Problem reported for z/OS by Daniel Richard G.

* modules/memmem (Description): Tweak.
* MODULES.html.sh (string handling): Mention it.
* doc/functions/memmem.texi (memmem): Distinguish which flaws are
addressed by memmem-simple.
* NEWS: Document the difference.
