From b3bff7a868656967a8007faa831a89f3a1601eb2 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Karl Heuer Date: Sun, 9 Jan 2011 10:16:08 +0100 Subject: useless-if-before-free: fix typo in --help and make the internal, automatic version date update process work once again. --help output contained a NUL character instead of the backslash-zero that was intended. Also, the "must lie within the first 8 lines" line is on line 9, and hence not getting automatically updated. * build-aux/useless-if-before-free: Fix the former by adding a backslash, and the latter by condensing the three lines of what-it-does to a single line, leaving one line of slack for the future. --- build-aux/useless-if-before-free | 8 +++----- 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 5 deletions(-) (limited to 'build-aux/useless-if-before-free') diff --git a/build-aux/useless-if-before-free b/build-aux/useless-if-before-free index 01a6d3d02b..a6c228bcf4 100755 --- a/build-aux/useless-if-before-free +++ b/build-aux/useless-if-before-free @@ -2,11 +2,9 @@ eval '(exit $?0)' && eval 'exec perl -wST "$0" ${1+"$@"}' & eval 'exec perl -wST "$0" $argv:q' if 0; # Detect instances of "if (p) free (p);". -# Likewise for "if (p != NULL) free (p);".
