* runtime: convert .s textflags from numbers to symbolic constants.Keith Randall2013-08-071-2/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | Remove NOPROF/DUPOK from everything. Edits done with a script, except pclinetest.asm which depended on the DUPOK flag on main(). R=golang-dev, bradfitz CC=golang-dev https://codereview.appspot.com/12613044
* runtime: rename _rt0_$GOARCH to _rt0_goRuss Cox2013-06-111-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | There's no reason to use a different name on each architecture, and doing so makes it impossible for portable code to refer to the original Go runtime entry point. Rename it _rt0_go everywhere. This is a global search and replace only. R=golang-dev, bradfitz, minux.ma CC=golang-dev https://codereview.appspot.com/10196043
* runtime: fix netbsd, windows buildRuss Cox2013-03-061-1/+1

* runtime: change amd64 startup conventionRuss Cox2013-03-061-4/+9
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Now the default startup is that the program begins at _rt0_amd64_$GOOS, which sets DI = argc, SI = argv and jumps to _rt0_amd64. This makes the _rt0_amd64 entry match the expected semantics for the standard C "main" function, which we can now provide for use when linking against a standard C library. * runtime: make more build-friendlyRuss Cox2011-12-161-0/+8
Collapse the arch,os-specific directories into the main directory by renaming xxx/foo.c to foo_xxx.c, and so on. There are no substantial edits here, except to the Makefile. The assumption is that the Go tool will #define GOOS_darwin and GOARCH_amd64 and will make any file named something like signals_darwin.h available as signals_GOOS.h during the build. This replaces what used to be done with -I$(GOOS). There is still work to be done to make runtime build with standard tools, but this is a big step. After this we will have to write a script to generate all the generated files so they can be checked in (instead of generated during the build).
