MSVC builds: Prepare NMake Makefiles for MSVC project inclusion
Allow the CFG parameter to accept "Debug" and "Release", as this is the
convention of the project files of Visual Studio. Also use TOP_SRCDIR
everywhere rather than hard-coding '..\..' for it.
