scanner: Fix non-libtool linker flags on Darwin
Darwin's linker doesn't like "-rpath=path"; instead pass "-rpath path",
which works on more linkers than the version with the = sign does.
Regressed in commit 5d4cd25292b8ed2c7a821ebe19fc5ab5d447db1a.
