json: Add framework for the gpgme-json tool
* src/gpgme-json.c: New. * src/Makefile.am (bin_PROGRAMS): Add gpgme-json. (gpgme_json_SOURCES, gpgme_json_LDADD): New. Signed-off-by: Werner Koch <wk@gnupg.org>
