* src/preproc/pic/troff.cpp (troff_output::set_fill,
troff_output::set_color, troff_output::reset_color): Use .bcolor and
.fcolor instead of \m and \M, respectively.
* src/devices/xditview/gxditview.man: More minor fixes.
* README: Formatting issues.
Mention some problems with Debian.
