* Makefile.in (EXTRADIRS): Fix typos.
(dist): Handle deletion of old .tar.gz file correctly.
(DISTDIRS): Include all tty output devices.
* doc/groff.texinfo: Adding more cross references; countless other
fixes.
* MORE.STUFF: Added Robert Marks's utilities.
