New commands \D'Fr ...', \D'Fc ...', etc. for orthogonality.

Make \D'f ...' move horizontally again for backwards compatibility.
Replace it with \D'Fg ...' where appropriate to avoid dependency
on horizontal resolution.

(get_long_name): Call it.

(read_draw_node): Handle `\D'Fx ...' by calling ...
(read_color_draw_node): New function.
