* src/preproc/pic/pic.cc: Removed.
* src/preproc/pic/pic_tab.h: Removed.
* src/preproc/refer/label.cc: Removed.
* doc/Makefile (.ms.html): Don't use a file name extension in
argument to grohtml's -I option.
* Makefile.in (dist): Remove CVS directories.
Call `distfiles' target.
* doc/groff.texinfo: Minor fixes.
