* tmac/psold.tmac: Comment updated.
* tmac/psnew.tmac: Removed since no longer needed.
* tmac/Makefile.sub, NEWS, src/devices/grops/grops.man: Updated.
* font/devutf8/R.proto: Adding `shc' glyph.
* font/devutf8/NOTES: Updated.
