* src/devices/grodvi/dvi.cc: Include paper.h.
(landscape_flag, user_paper_length, user_paper_width): New global
variables.
(dvi_printer::begin_page): Emit `papersize' special.
Set color after initialization of `cur_h' and `cur_v'.
(main): Add options `-l' and `-p'.
* font/devdvi/Makefile.sub (DESC): Set `papersize'.
* src/devices/grodvi/grodvi.man, NEWS: Updated.

* src/devices/grops/psrm.cc (valid_input_table): Fixed.

* src/devices/grops/grops.man: Move documentation of .PSPIC to...
* man/groff_tmac.man: This man page.
* man/groff_font.man: Declare `paperwidth' and `paperlength' as
deprecated.

* tmac/X.tmac: Don't load pspic.tmac.
