various code cleanups use gst/audio/audio.h more allow setting fixed set of audio format specs so that adder can work...
Original commit message from CVS: various code cleanups use gst/audio/audio.h more allow setting fixed set of audio format specs so that adder can work as a NULL src adder ! fakesink works, but adder ! osssink not yet, due to some caps nego that is failing. Help is appreciated there.
