gtk/gtkprogressbar.h gtk/Makefile.am gtk/gtk.h gtk/testgtk.c:
Introduced generic GtkProgress widget. Derived GtkProgressBar from
GtkProgress. Made GtkProgressBar much more flexible (see testgtk).
