* gtk/gtktextlayout.h: add a #error unless you define
GTK_TEXT_USE_INTERNAL_UNSUPPORTED_API, so people don't use this accidentally
* gtk/gtktext*.c: #define GTK_TEXT_USE_INTERNAL_UNSUPPORTED_API as appropriate.
