list so we can remove font/fontset from hash.

Added layout widget for scrolling arbitrarily big areas.
Added plug/socket widgets for interprocess embedding.
These widgets still, at some point, need to be
made more pure in their use of GDK, as opposed
to raw X.

"--g-fatal-warnings" causes fatal warnings in GLib,
"--gdk-fatal-warnings" causes fatal warnings in Gdk,
"--gtk-fatal-warnings" causes fatal warnings in Gtk.
* gtk/Makefile.am: define G_LOG_DOMAIN for gtk.
* gdk/Makefile.am: define G_LOG_DOMAIN for gdk.

we need ugly #undef G_LOG_DOMAIN at the start of these files currently,
