Improve -dsuppress-coercions
The -dsuppress-coercions flag was being ignored when printing the
CastIt constructor in SimplUtils.SimplCont. This fixes ths problem,
and improves what is printed when suppressing coercions, to show the
size of the suppressed coercion.
