docs/users_guide/bugs.rst: Rewording
It is either "slightly" || "significantly".
If it is "bogus" - then no quotes around "optimization" & overall using
word "bogus" or use quotes in that way in documentation is... Instead,
something like "hack" or "heuristic" can be used there.
