Fix comment (old file names) in rts/
[skip ci]
There ware some old file names (.lhs, ...) at comments.
* rts/win32/ThrIOManager.c
- Conc.lhs -> Conc.hs
* rts/PrimOps.cmm
- ByteCodeLink.lhs -> ByteCodeLink.hs
- StgMiscClosures.hc -> StgMiscClosures.cmm
* rts/AutoApply.h
- AutoApply.hc -> AutoApply.cmm
* rts/HeapStackCheck.cmm
- PrimOps.hc -> PrimOps.cmm
