Remove now obsolete LD_STAGE0 hack
This was introduced in 109a1e53287f50103e8a5b592275940b6e3dbb53
but isn't needed anymore because by now we're bootstrapping with
GHC versions which already provide "ld command" in `ghc --info`
(that field was added in GHC 7.8)
