Don't derive showList
There's no obvious reason to derive the definition of `showList`,
manually inlining the default definition. Let's just use
the default definition in the usual manner.
Garbage collect a few unused `RdrNames` from `PrelNames`:
`showList`, `showList__`, and `/=`.
