[node] Make JSON_NODE_TYPE call a function
Second pass at adding type safety to the JsonNode type checks.
The JSON_NODE_TYPE macro now calls the json_node_get_node_type()
function which hides the JsonNode.type structure field and gives
us a little bit more of future compatibility.
