tests: Log messages to stdout instead of stderr
* tests/run_parallel.h (run_parallel): Print logging (non-error) messages using printf() instead of fprintf(stderr). * tests/test_atomic_include.template (MISSING): Likewise. * tests/test_malloc.c (print_list): Likewise. * tests/run_parallel.h (run_parallel): Reformat code.
