Makefile.am: Make "run-xmltest" more robust
Robust towards existing file $(srcdir)/tests/xmlts.zip
Robust towards existing directory $(srcdir)/tests/xmlconf/
Because if make finds the in $(srcdir) and does not create them in $(builddir).
