maint: remove unused cvsu script.
* build-aux/cvsu: Remove. This script is not useful now that Libtool's repository is hosted in git. * Makefile.am (build_scripts): Remove cvsu reference. Signed-off-by: Gary V. Vaughan <gary@gnu.org>
