Pull more perf updates from Ingo Molnar:

   - uprobes updates from Oleg Nesterov: tmpfs support, corner case
     fixes and robustization work.

   - perf tooling updates and fixes from Jiri Olsa, Namhyung Ki, Arnaldo
     et al:
        * Add support to accumulate hist periods (Namhyung Kim)
