[PATCH] Switch getnstimestamp() calls to ktime_get_ts()
Use ktime_get_ts() to take the timestamp instead of getnstimestamp(). This
patch prepares to remove getnstimestamp() by switching its only user to a
different function with almost exactly the same code.
