ftrace: Build with CPPFLAGS to get -Qunused-arguments
When building to record the mcount locations the kernel uses KBUILD_CFLAGS but not KBUILD_CPPFLAGS. This means it lacks -Qunused-arguments when building with clang, resulting in a lot of noisy warnings.
