* | [PATCH] headers: enable ppc64 ___arch__swab16 and ___arch__swab32 | GOTO Masanori | 2005-06-28 | 1 | -10/+0 |
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This patch cleans up asm-ppc64/byteorder.h to enable ___arch__swab16 and ___arch__swab32 which are marked TODO currently. It removes ___arch__swab64 because ppc64 does not have short instruction combinations for swab64, the recent gcc generates enough smart code that is equivalent to hand assembled code under my tests. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip! |
