drm/vc4: Make a new ioctl for shader BO creation.
We can't allow users to edit our shaders while they're being used for rendering. One option would be to track whether they've been mapped and zap them at runtime, and wait on rendering in the block handler. But it's a lot easier to just keep them from being mapped in the first place. Signed-off-by: Eric Anholt <eric@anholt.net>
