* pci-dma: add linux/pci-dma.h to linux/pci.hFUJITA Tomonori2010-03-121-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | All the architectures properly set NEED_DMA_MAP_STATE now so we can safely add linux/pci-dma.h to linux/pci.h and remove the linux/pci-dma.h inclusion in arch's asm/pci.h Signed-off-by: FUJITA Tomonori <fujita.tomonori@lab.ntt.co.jp> Acked-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de> Cc: Jesse Barnes <jbarnes@virtuousgeek.org> Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@linux-foundation.org> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@linux-foundation.org>

* PCI: remove pcibios_scan_all_fns()Alex Chiang2009-09-091-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This was #define'd as 0 on all platforms, so let's get rid of it. This change makes pci_scan_slot() slightly easier to read. * Delete pcibios_select_rootMatthew Wilcox2009-06-171-13/+0
| | | | | | | | This function was only used by pci_claim_resource(), and the last commit deleted that use. Signed-off-by: Matthew Wilcox <willy@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@linux-foundation.org>
* [ARM] Fix PCI_DMA_BUS_IS_PHYS for ARMRussell King2008-09-131-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | PCI_DMA_BUS_IS_PHYS was defined to be zero, which meant we ignored the DMA mask for IDE and SCSI transfers. This is wrong - we have no DMA translation hardware. We want to obey DMA masks so that the block layer performs bouncing itself. Reported-by: Mikael Pettersson <mikpe@it.uu.se> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] Move include/asm-arm/arch-* to arch/arm/*/include/machRussell King2008-08-071-1/+1
| | | | | | This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
* [ARM] Remove asm/hardware.h, use asm/arch/hardware.h insteadRussell King2008-08-071-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h. Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h, update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove asm/hardware.h. * [ARM] move include/asm-arm to arch/arm/include/asmRussell King2008-08-021-0/+91
Move platform independent header files to arch/arm/include/asm, leaving those in asm/arch* and asm/plat* alone. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
