* arm: mach-orion5x: convert to use mvebu-mbus driverThomas Petazzoni2013-04-151-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This commit migrates the mach-orion5x platforms to use the mvebu-mbus driver and therefore removes the Orion5x-specific addr-map code. The dove_init_early() function now initializes the mvebu-mbus driver by calling mvebu_mbus_init(). We also convert a number of orion5x_setup_xyz_win() calls to the appropriate mvebu_mbus_add_window() calls, as each board was doing its own setup for the NOR window or other devices. Ultimately, those devices will be probed from the DT. The common address decoding windows are now registered in the orion5x_setup_wins() function. It is worth noting that the four PCIe address decoding windows will ultimately no longer have to be registered here: it will be done automatically by the PCIe driver once Dove has been migrated to use the upcoming mvebu PCIe driver. This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init() function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at: http://www.spinics.net/lists/arm-kernel/msg203686.html Includes mach-omap2 fixes from Igor Grinberg. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Currently, there are two different fields in the mv643xx_eth_platform_data struct that together describe the PHY address -- one field (phy_addr) has the address of the PHY, but if that address is zero, a second field (force_phy_addr) needs to be set to distinguish the actual address zero from a zero due to not having filled in the PHY address explicitly (which should mean 'use the default PHY address'). | | | | | | | | | | | The HP mv2120 has several LEDs that are controlled through gpio. Export the health LED, the red SATA LEDs as well as two gpios that control the brightness of _all_ LEDs to userland. The Ethernet and power LEDs can't be controlled through gpio and the blue SATA LEDs are handled via the SATA driver.
